Soup noodles – semi-finished product, used for cooking of soups and garnishes to traditional national dishes, and also for cooking of the Kazakh national dish – “Kespe”.
KEMMI noodles are not boiled soft during cooking and are of better quality compared to home-made noodles!
Egg yolk as a part of recipe allows to increase nutritional value of the product, make the taste and colour more intense.
