Tagliatelle are a traditional type of pasta from Emilia-Romagna region in Bologna. Tagliatelle are thin lines of dough with width of 5-8 mm and length of about 100 mm (10 cm).  
Tape of "Tagliatelle GOLD" by TM KEMMI has width of 12 mm and length of 33-34 cm, has serrated edges giving the product fancy shape and convenient form of a small nest.  This product is suited for cooking of first courses, second courses as a side dish. They are perfectly combined with stodgy sauces of beef, veal and rabbit meat.
